An anonymous donor has given $75,000 to St. Dominic Academy, located at 121 Gracelawn Road in Auburn. The donor does not have a personal connection to the school but knew Father Francois Drouin, a former pastor of Sts. Peter and Paul Basilica in Lewiston, who is credited with founding St. Dominic Academy. While decisions are still under way on how best to use the funds for lasting impact, suggestions have included supporting student scholarships and enhancing the music program.
