CASTINE – Josh Sundquist caught a 29-yard touchdown pass from Gregory McGoldrick with 46 seconds left as Anna Maria College slipped past Maine Maritime Academy 55-49 on Saturday.

Anna Maria (1-1) scored 29 unanswered points to rally past the Mariners (0-1). Michael Fahey rushed for 217 yards and four touchdowns on 28 carries for the Mariners, who led 49-26 with 11:57 left in the third quarter.

Billy Wetherbee added a pair of touchdowns and 163 yards rushing for Maine Maritime.

SPRINGFIELD 36, HUSSON 0: Louis Fenaroli ran for 92 yards and scored three touchdowns as the Pride (2-0) combined to rush for almost 400 yards in a win over the Eagles (0-2) at Springfield, Mass.
