The Hammerhead Wrestling Club based in York begins its fall practice sessions Tuesday, Oct. 1, at York High School. The club is open to all kids grades 1-12 regardless of town residence. St. Peter’s Grand Slam Tennis will be hosting three different indoor programs for adults this fall. The adult intermediate clinic starts Oct. 2 and runs 6-7 p.m. There will also be an adult beginners clnic starting Oct. 8 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and adult match-play drills from 9 to 10:30 a.m. starting Saturday, Oct. 5. North Shore Lacrosse will be offering indoor skills and scrimmage sessions beginning Oct. 24 at the Seacoast United facilities in York. Space is limited to 35 per group. The fee is $205 per player for eight sessions, with start times of 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Each session runs 90 minutes. Each participant must be a member of US Lacrosse.
