Two political newcomers and a longtime city official are running unopposed for three seats on the Westbrook School Committee.

The Democratic Party nominated Noreen Poitras and Mike Popovic to represent wards 3 and 4, respectively.

Joyce, 51, has served on the board since 2010 and was a city councilor for 10 years before that. An account executive for Norton Insurance, she has a son who is a senior at Westbrook High School and a daughter in college.
