Bangor scored on a 30-yard touchdown pass from Xavier Lewis to Jake Fournier that cut the deficit to 28-7 in the second quarter.

WINSLOW 31, FOXCROFT ACADEMY 20: The Black Raiders (7-0) didn’t erase their loss to the Ponies (4-3) in last season’s Class C state final, but made this year’s playoff road a little less bumpy by winning at Winslow.

Winslow clinched a bye in the first round of the Eastern Class C playoffs, and its game next Saturday at Waterville (6-1) will be for the top seed.

The loss was the third straight for Foxcroft.
