Stacy DiPerna, an acute care nurse practitioner, joined Scarborough Health Care.

DiPerna, of Gorham, most recently worked as a hospitalist in southern Maine.

Andrew Webber was named chief executive officer of the Maine Health Management Coalition/Foundation.

Webber comes to the MHMC from the National Business Coalition on Health in Washington, D.C., where he served as president and chief executive officer for the past 10 years.

Alfred Frawley joined Eaton Peabody as an intellectual property attorney in the firm’s business practice.

He has over 30 years of experience in various legal fields. His concentration is in privacy law, intellectual property and technology law.

PROMOTIONS

Tiffanie Delano was promoted at Community Credit Union and is now a Saturday supervisor.

Delano, of Lewiston, joined the credit union in 2011 as a member representative. She handles supervisory duties on Saturday shifts at the Auburn branch.

Craig Tribuno was promoted to president of Systems Engineering.

Tribuno will lead the day-to-day business operations, while Harry McMann, the founder of Systems Engineering, will continue as chief executive officer.

Tribuno joined the company in 1998 as vice president and chief operating officer. During his 15-year tenure, it has grown from 17 to 116 employees.

AWARDS

• The Maine Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, a Department of Defense agency, honored Jason Levesque, CEO of Argo Marketing Group, with its Above and Beyond award.

Levesque, an Army veteran, was recognized for his company’s support of Maine Guard and Reserve members and their families. Argo Marketing Group has developed a hiring initiative that offers a full range of company benefits and a $1,000 signing bonus to currently serving guards and reserve members or their families as well as any military veterans.

CERTIFICATIONS

James Flaherty, DO, FACOG, achieved board certification in the medical sub-specialty of female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.

Flaherty has a private urogynecology practice in Scarborough.
