PRINCETON – Maine State Police say a Princeton man was crushed to death Sunday morning after the cab of a tractor trailer truck he was working under slipped off a set of jacks and fell on him.

Stephen McCausland identified the victim as 44-year-old Grant Cilley.

According to police, Cilley had jacked up the cab of the truck and was in the process of placing another set of jacks under the cab when it slipped off the jacks and crushed him.

The accident, which took place around 10 a.m., took place in the yard of the family business on Main Street in Princeton.
