GORHAM — Allie Clement scored 22 points and Victoria Lux added 21, including the last four points, as McAuley beat Gorham 65-59 in an SMAA girls’ basketball game Friday night.

McAuley (3-0) dealt the Rams (2-1) their first loss. Gorham got 22 points from Abby Hamilton, 12 from Emily Esposito and 10 from Kaylea Lundin.

WINDHAM 48, SCARBOROUGH 43: Sadie Nelson scored 20 points and hauled in 11 rebounds as the Eagles (2-1) edged the Red Storm (2-1) at Windham.

Ashley Briggs paced Scarborough with 16 points. Bailey Adams had 14.

THORNTON ACADEMY 47, CHEVERUS 42: Katie McCrum scored 13 points and had five steals as the Trojans (2-1) edged the Stags (2-1) at Saco.

Ashley Howe added 10 points.

Jess Willerson led Cheverus with 24 points.

SOUTH PORTLAND 39, WESTBROOK 35: Bri Maloney scored 15 points in the fourth quarter as the Red Riots (3-0) rallied to defeat the Blue Blazes (0-3) at Westbrook.

Maloney finished with 17 points and Maddie Hasson added 10 for the Red Riots, who trailed 27-17 after three quarters.

Alisha Aube paced the Blue Blazes with 16 points.

DEERING 52, NOBLE 18: Amanda Brett scored nine points and Katasia Titherington had seven as the Rams (2-1) used a 19-0 first-quarter burst to pull away from the Knights (0-3) at Portland. Titherington finished with 13 points. Brett had 12 points and seven rebounds.

Melodie Bailey and Kathryn Taylor paced Noble with five points apiece.

BIDDEFORD 45, MASSABESIC 33: Carissa Gelinas scored 14 points to pace Biddeford (2-1) to a win over Massabesic (0-3) at Waterboro.

Bailey Cote added 11 points for the Tigers.

Jolena Lampron scored 13 points and Chelsie Goodwin had 12 for the Mustangs.

GREELY 50, KENNEBUNK 25: Haley Felkel and Blaise Tardif each scored six points during a 17-5 run in the third quarter as the Rangers took control against the Rams at Kennebunk.

Tardif finished with 12 points and Felkel had 10 for Greely, which led only 17-15 at halftime.

Stephanie Sullivan led Kennebunk with six points.

WELLS 46, FALMOUTH 38: Wells (3-0) took a 28-14 lead in the first half and held on to defeat the Yachtsmen (1-2) at Falmouth.

Stephanie Woods led the Warriors with 14 points. Alison Furness scored 12.

Ally Hickey led Falmouth with 11 points.

POLAND 46, YARMOUTH 44: Michaella Arsenault scored 23 points and the Knights erased a seven-point fourth-quarter deficit against the Clippers at Yarmouth.

Emily Bolduc added 13 points for Poland.

Yarmouth got 12 points from Cory Langenbach, 11 from Grace O’Donnell and 10 from Abby Nielsen.

WAYNFLETE 78, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 26: Leigh Fernandez finished with 17 points and Helen Gray-Bauer had 14 as the Flyers (3-0) handled the Panthers (0-2) at Portland.

Arianna Giguere and Ali Pope added 10 points apiece. Gray-Bauer also had six steals.

Cheryl Esancy led NYA with 16 points.

FREEPORT 42, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 37: Nina Davenport scored 26 points and hauled in 10 rebounds to pace the Falcons (1-2) over the Raiders (0-3) at Fryeburg.

Alexis L’Heureux-Carland led the Raiders with 12 points. Sydney Charles added 11.

OLD ORCHARD BEACH 53, SACOPEE VALLEY 30: Lauralee Small paced the Seagulls (3-0) with 16 points in a win over Sacopee Valley (0-2) at Old Orchard Beach.

The Seagulls led 31-21 at halftime, then pulled away in the third quarter when Julia Fregeau, Kelsey Custeau and Mackenzie Rague sank consecutive 3-pointers.

Abigail Hughes scored 10 points for Sacopee.

BRUNSWICK 54, HAMPDEN ACADEMY 44: Julia Champagne scored nine points and pulled down 15 rebounds to help the Dragons (2-1) defeat the Broncos (1-2) at Hampden.

Lyse Henshaw was the Dragons’ high scorer with 15 points. Kolby Levesque finished with 11 .

Courtney Dunton and Kayla Gagner scored 10 points apiece for Hampden.

MONMOUTH ACADEMY 43, BOOTHBAY 39: The Mustangs (3-1) overcame a five-point deficit in the fourth quarter to beat the Seahawks (1-2) at Boothbay Harbor.

Kylie Kemp paced Monmouth with 13 points. Haley West added 12 and Paxton Lessard scored 10.

Morgan Crocker and Hannah Morley each had 12 points for Boothbay.

RANGELEY 53, NORTH HAVEN 20: Tori Letarte scored 18 points and had six steals as the Lakers beat the Hawks in Rangeley.

Blayke Morin added 15 points, 14 rebounds, five blocks and five steals for Rangeley (3-0). Seve Deery-DeRaps chipped in with 12 points.

Maddie Hallowell had 12 points for North Haven (0-4).

MESSALONSKEE 46, MT. BLUE 43: Kelsey Mayo scored 16 points and Kassaundra Michaud added 13 to lift the Eagles to a come-from-behind victory in Farmington.

Messalonskee (3-0) trailed 39-34 after three quarters.

Miranda Nicely scored 17 points and Caitlin Kane added 11 to pace Mt. Blue (0-2).

MADISON 46, CARRABEC 37: Cristie Vicneire scored 15 points to lead the Bulldogs (3-1) to a win over the Cobras (2-1) in Madison.

Kirstin Wood added nine points and nine rebounds.

Macy Welch led Carrabec with 12 points.

SKOWHEGAN 51, LEWISTON 41: Morgan Buker scored 19 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to lead the Indians (2-1) to a victory in Skowhegan.

Alaina Atkinson chipped in with 10 points.
