We are writing to voice strong support for the proposed midtown project in Portland’s Bayside neighborhood.
While bringing much-needed construction jobs to the local area, the project will benefit local businesses such as ours as partners in providing materials and expertise toward realizing “A Vision for Bayside.”
Midtown is a major economic opportunity, as well as a terrific usage of vacant land in the Bayside area. It will create local opportunity in its initial construction, future tenant fit-ups and continued maintenance work. The boost to the construction industry will undergird Portland’s local economy.
A project of this magnitude deserves careful consideration and weighted opinion. Please consider us to be supporters of midtown.
