Dear Portland Press Herald Toy Fund,

I work at a local business and am making decent money. I had been unemployed for two years, and our expenses and bills trying to catch up exceed our funds. My wife is pregnant and will not have any income while she is on FMLA. We have two daughters that are growing fast and eat plenty!

Any help you can give to help us give them a happy Christmas is gladly appreciated.

Thank you so much!

— Working dad
