PROMOTIONS
• Dan Bookham, a business insurance specialist at Allen Insurance and Financial, was named director of business development.
Bookham joined the company in September 2012 after four years as executive director of the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Other administrative changes include Jean Dutch, who was named chief operations officer and a vice president of the corporation. Dutch, of Belfast, has been with the company since 1995.
• Gene McKeever, a business and marine insurance specialist, was named vice president of the corporation. McKeever has been with Allen Insurance and Financial since March 1992.
BOARD APPOINTMENTS
• Kerry Bridges was named to the board of directors for New Hope for Women.
A resident of Warren, Bridges is a nurse and small-business owner of the Red Witch Home Brewing Supply in Rockport. She serves as a major in Maine’s National Guard and is the unit commander of the medical detachment for Maine’s National Guard at Camp Keyes in Augusta. She’s also a first-year law student at Concord Law with Kaplan University.

Dale Carnegie Maine has relocated to 324 Cummings Road in South Portland.
