ST. LOUIS – T.J. Oshie scored 3:29 into overtime, leading the St. Louis Blues to a 3-2 victory over the Boston Bruins on Thursday night.

Oshie jammed the puck in from the side of the net as the Blues, who scored a 3-2 shootout win Nov. 21 in Boston, swept the season series.

Alexander Steen and Jaden Schwartz also scored for St. Louis, which blew a 2-0 lead in the third period as Boston scored in a span of just over 2 minutes.

Boston had won in its last three trips to St. Louis, and this was the first Blues’ home win against the Bruins since Oct. 6, 2006, in a shootout. The last regulation win at home against Boston came on Dec. 18, 1999.

David Krejci and Brad Marchand scored for the Bruins.

Steen gave the Blues a 1-0 lead with his 28th goal when he ripped a slap shot from the top of the right circle to beat Tuukka Rask at 15:48 of the first period. Jaden Schwartz fed the puck to Steen, who has eight points in his last nine games.

Schwartz made it 2-0 when he snapped a wrist shot from the left circle at 3:32 of the second period. The shot by Schwartz grazed the left shoulder of Rusk, who was screened by Kevan Miller. It was the 18th goal by Schwartz.

St. Louis’ Jaroslav Halak stopped 24 shots in the first two periods before allowing two on the first seven shots in the third.

Krejci scored for Boston on a wrist shot from the top of the slot at 9:16, and Marchand then scored on a rebound of a shot by Johnny Boychuck at 11:24.

The Blues went 0-for-3 on the power play, and are now 0-for-12 in the last three games.

Boston is 7-2-1 in its last 10 games, and the Bruins dropped their first on the road in their last six games.

SENATORS 3, SABRES 2: Milan Michalek scored his second goal of the game with 23 seconds left as host Ottawa handed Buffalo its fourth straight loss.

The Sabres had fought back to tie the game with two third-period goals, but Senators captain Jason Spezza found Michalek in the slot and he beat Jhonas Enroth over the shoulder for the winner.

CANADIENS 5, CANUCKS 2: Max Pacioretty scored three goals for his third career hat trick – despite missing on two penalty shots – as host Montreal handed Vancouver its sixth straight loss.

MAPLE LEAFS 4, LIGHTNING 1: Jonathan Bernier made 33 saves and Toronto won at Tampa.

Mason Raymond, Jay McClement, James van Riemsdyk and Tyler Bozak scored for Toronto, which was coming of a 4-1 loss Tuesday night at Florida.

OILERS 2, RANGERS 1: Nail Yakupov scored with 1:38 left in regulation to give Edmonton a win at New York.

Ryan Smyth also scored for Edmonton, which is 5-5 in its last 10. Goaltender Ben Scrivens was superb, stopping 35 shots.

FLAMES 4, ISLANDERS 2: Matt Stajan scored the tiebreaking goal late in the third period and rookie Reto Berra made 28 saves as Calgary won at Uniondale, N.Y.

FLYERS 3, AVALANCHE 1: Steve Mason stopped 38 shots, and Mark Streit and Michael Raffl scored goals, leading host Philadelphia past Colorado.

CAPITALS 4, JETS 2: After getting an Olympic send-off from Secretary of State John Kerry, Alex Ovechkin scored his NHL-leading 40th goal with 12:14 remaining as Washington rallied from a third-period deficit to win at home over Winnipeg.

RED WINGS 3, PANTHERS 1: Gustav Nyquist scored the go-ahead goal in the second period, helping lift Detroit over host Florida.

Brian Lashoff and Daniel Alfredsson also scored and former UMaine goalie Jimmy Howard made 23 saves as the Red Wings ended a four-game road losing streak.

WILD 3, PREDATORS 2: Nino Niederreiter’s goal with 2:44 left in overtime lifted host Minnesota over Nashville, the Wild’s fifth straight home win.
