A pedestrian was hit by a car Saturday night on Forest Avenue, Portland police said.
The collision occurred after 7 p.m., police said, in the 400 block of Forest Avenue, near a Burger King restaurant.
The man, who was described by police as elderly, was conscious when police arrived, but no further information was available.
