Pettengill Farm in Freeport is going to be hosting a vintage baseball game in which teams will play and dress like players out of the 1860s.

Dirigo, a Maine-based team with players from all over the state, will play a team from Ipswich, Mass., on June 22. The Freeport Historical Society will be on hand with beer, hot dogs, and an explanation of the rules. An accordion band will also play.

The event will cost $5 for adults and $1 for children. The historical society asks patrons to bring their own chairs.
