I am so glad the graffiti vandal BRO got caught (“ ‘BRO’ graffiti suspect nabbed with help from donated reward,” April 5). A hearty “well done” to our police department.
What sort of restitution should be mandated? My suggestion is to have BRO go out to every location he tagged and have him manually clean off the mess he made. No power tools.
Let he who made the mess clean it up. I bet he will never do it again.
