The Royal River Rod and Gun Club in New Gloucester is sponsoring a free youth outdoor day for ages 10-15. Activities include classes in map and compass skills, archery, outdoor survival, fishing and marksmanship. Every participant must be accompanied by a guardian. Registration is necessary. Babes in the Woods 10 to 11:30 a.m. in Boothbay
Join the Boothbay Region Land Trust at the Schoolhouse Pond Preserve for an event geared toward babies and toddlers. Parents and caregivers are invited to bring their babies, toddlers and older siblings on an easy stroll full of observation and discovery. The preserve is at Cross Road on Barters Island in Boothbay.
