SOUTH BERWICK — Dylan Gagner scored on a sacrifice fly by Noah McDaniel in the bottom of the seventh inning to lift Marshwood to a 3-2 baseball win over Scarborough Monday afternoon.

Scarborough (9-6-1) took a 2-0 lead in the top of the third inning when Nick Lorello scored on an error and Austin Pemberton added an RBI single that scored Ben Greenberg.

The Hawks (13-3) tied the game in the bottom of the fifth when Zack Quintal hit an RBI triple and scored on McDaniel’s first sacrifice fly of the game.

GREELY 1, CAPE ELIZABETH 0: The Rangers (13-3) scored on a ball misplayed by the shortstop to edge the Capers (4-12) in eight innings.

Greely’s Patrick O’Shea had the game’s only extra-base hit, a double.

Bailey Train went the distance, allowing four hits. He walked one and struck out nine.

BANGOR 4, BRUNSWICK 0: Justin Courtney struck out 12 in pitching a two-hitter and Jordan Derrah had a pair of hits to lead the Rams (14-2) to a win over the Dragons (8-7) at Brunswick.

FREEPORT 5, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 1: Peter LaMagna threw a complete game two-hitter, allowing one run, walking two and striking out seven as the Falcons (7-9) beat the Patriots (9-7) at Gray.

LaMagna had three singles and Niko DiFazio added a pair of singles.

Justin McKenna had a triple for Gray-New Gloucester.

YORK 15, WELLS 5: Cole Merritt’s three-run homer in the bottom of the third inning broke open a 2-2 tie as the Wildcats (10-6) topped the Warriors (8-7) at York in a game shortened to five innings.

Merritt also had a double and Jordan Pidgeon had three hits, including a double.

Dan Bock went five innings for the win.

Charlie Bell had three hits for Wells.

LINCOLN ACADEMY 2, MORSE 1: Devin Scherer had the game-winning RBI single in the bottom of the eighth inning as the Eagles (12-4) edged the Shipbuilders (10-6) at Newcastle.

Wally Morris singled and was pinch run for by Spencer Alden to lead off the bottom of the seventh.

Alden moved to third on a pair of grounders and scored on an RBI double by Brady Leeman to tie the game.

SOUTH PORTLAND 19, BONNY EAGLE 1: Jack Fiorini finished with four goals and two assists to pace the Red Riots (11-0) over the Scots (3-8) at South Portland.

Andrew Whipple and Duncan Preston added three goals apiece for South Portland.

Whipple also had three assists and Preston collected two assists.

Kyle Whitman scored for Bonny Eagle.

BRUNSWICK 21, MORSE 5: Cameron Glover and Matt Brooks combined for nine goals and five assists as the Dragons (10-2) rolled past the Shipbuilders (9-3) at Bath.

Otto Werwaiss and Alec Beveridge each scored a pair of goals for Morse.
