SOUTH BERWICK — Kaytlin DiBiase scored the go-ahead run on a passed ball as Deering scored twice in the top of the seventh inning Monday for a 10-9 softball win over Marshwood, the Rams’ first win in three years.

Sidney Giroux led off the top of the seventh inning with a double and later scored the tying run on an RBI groundout by Erin Winschel.

Giroux finished with two hits and three RBI and Cassidy Coyne had two hits and one RBI for the Rams (1-15).

Marshwood (5-10) got two hits apiece from Gianna Riccardi, Meghan Sandler and Maddie Eastman.

MASSABESIC 6, MARSHWOOD 4: Alex Staples had two hits, including a two-run triple, to lead the Mustangs (4-11) to a win over the Hawks (5-11) at Waterboro.

It was the second game of the day for Marshwood.

SOUTH PORTLAND 10, BONNY EAGLE 9: Miranda Gleason hit a two-out RBI single in the bottom of the seventh inning to lift the Red Riots (12-3) to a win over the Scots (11-5) at South Portland.

Olivia Indorf had three hits and drove in three runs for the Red Riots, who scored nine unanswered runs over the final four innings, including six runs in the fourth inning, to rally from a 9-1 deficit.

Bonny Eagle was led by Rebecca Howell, who hit a triple and a single and drove in two runs.

NOBLE 4, WESTBROOK 0: Amber Kelly pitched a complete game one-hitter as the Knights (11-5) defeated the Blue Blazes (1-15) at Westbrook.

Kelly allowed no runs and walked two, and struck out 10.

Melodie Bailey paced the offense with three hits.

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 5, FREEPORT 3: Stephanie Greaton pitched five innings, allowing two runs on two hits, walking three and striking out 10 as the Patriots (10-6) defeated the Falcons (4-12) at Gray.

Maria Valente and Zoe Adams each had doubles for Gray-New Gloucester.

WELLS 1, YORK 0: Stephanie Woods scored on a ground-ball error in the top of the eighth inning and the Warriors (13-2) beat the Wildcats (2-14) in York.

Lauren Bame allowed two hits and finished with 12 strikeouts for Wells.

Stephanie Rundlett also allowed only two hits and racked up 14 strikeouts for York.

SANFORD 2, WINDHAM 1: Jeanette Jones struck out nine and allowed two hits for the Spartans (6-10) as they scored a pair of unearned runs to beat the Eagles (5-11) in Windham.

SACOPEE VALLEY 9, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 8: Madison Schaubnut scored the go-ahead run in the top of the sixth inning as the Hawks (7-9) held on to edge the Raiders (7-9) at Fryeburg.

Madeline Sanborn had a double and a single for Sacopee Valley.

Karylann Walker was 2 for 3 with three RBI and a run scored and Kristen Chipman was 2 for 4 with two RBI for Fryeburg Academy.

LINCOLN ACADEMY 4, MORSE 1: Abby Farrin finished with five strikeouts and no walks in tossing a four-hitter for the Eagles (14-2) as they defeated the Shipbuilders (3-13) at Newcastle.

Chloe Hallowell and Miranda Achorn each had three hits for the Eagles.

Morse got their run in the seventh inning on an RBI single by Leia Graves.

SCARBOROUGH 12, BIDDEFORD 1: Ainsley Jamieson scored two goals and also had one assist to lead the Red Storm (7-5) over the Tigers (7-5) at Scarborough.

Mia LaFlamme scored for Biddeford.

WINDHAM 10, WESTBROOK 9: Emily Gilman scored the go-ahead goal with about three minutes left in regulation and finished with three goals and one assist for the Eagles (8-4) as they erased a 9-7 deficit against the Blue Blazes (6-5) at Windham.

Luisa Sbardella, Sam Greenlaw and Hannah Skvorak added two goals apiece for the Eagles. Sbardella also had two assists.

Westbrook was led by Katie Berry with four goals.

Emma Riley and Jackie Harris added two goals each for the Blue Blazes.

FREEPORT 16, WELLS 10: Emily Johnson scored four times and Meredith Broderick added three goals and one assist to lead the Falcons (9-2) over the Warriors (5-7) at UNE in Biddeford.

Nina Moore, Emily Johnson and Lizzy Martin each scored two goals for Freeport and Courtney Broderick scored one goal to go along with three assists.

Wells was led by Nicki Moody with five goals and two assists. Hailey Smith added three goals for the Warriors.

YARMOUTH 14, BRUNSWICK 2: Grace O’Donnell had four goals to lead the offense as the Clippers (10-1) eased past the Dragons (5-7) at Yarmouth.

Shannon Fallon had three goals and four assists, and Lane Simsarian added two goals and two assists.

Mary Kate Gunville made eight saves for Yarmouth.

Anna McMillan and Sydney Anderson scored for Brunswick.

CAPE ELIZABETH 11, MARSHWOOD 8: Mariah Deschino finished with three goals to lead a strong second half as the Capers (8-3) defeated the Hawks (8-4) at Cape Elizabeth.

Elizabeth Robinson had two goals and four assists, while Taylor Herrera and Abby McInerney each added a pair of goals.

Lindsey Poirier and Hannah Folger each had a pair of goals for Marshwood.

YORK 16, BONNY EAGLE 1: Taylor Simpson scored five goals to fuel the offense as the Wildcats (7-4) cruised past the Scots (3-8) at York.

Leah Carter scored Bonny Eagle.
