Regarding the recent Dine Out Maine review of the restaurant Anneke Jans (“New chef at Anneke Jans in Kittery still finding his footing,” July 6):
I felt like an unwilling participant in a dialogue between the restaurant reviewer and her idol.
I suggest the reviewer, Melissa Coleman, “stick to the knitting.” Ms. Coleman needs to concentrate on a discussion of the food, service and ambiance rather than the achievements of her companion.
