A 42-year-old Westbrook woman was arrested Monday morning on charges related to her allegedly selling prescription medication from her North Street home, which is in a drug-free safe zone, police said Tuesday.
Diana M. Hess-Riquinha was arrested around 10:30 a.m. Monday on a warrant for aggravated trafficking of Schedule W drugs, unlawful possession of Schedule W drugs and violation of conditional release, as well as refusing to submit to arrest.
