A section of outer Forest Avenue near its intersection with Riverside Street remained closed late Sunday night as Portland police investigated an automobile accident.
Lt. Aaron Pepin said both lanes were shut down at 9:41 p.m. after a crash took place in front of Tortilla Flat, a Mexican restaurant at 1871 Forest Ave.
Pepin said he did not know if anyone was injured or how many vehicles were involved in the crash.
