Brunswick author Deborah Gould will talk about her novel, “Household,” a tale of domestic abuse and safety involving a couple who buy a historic farmhouse in Maine. As the man becomes increasingly angry and abusive, the woman immerses herself in the history of the home, finding comfort in the people and particulars she discovers along the way and how they seem to provide a refuge for her.
