CAPE ELIZABETH — Patrick Grant scored the go-ahead goal with 26:08 left Tuesday night to lift Yarmouth to a 2-1 victory against Cape Elizabeth in a Western Maine Conference schoolboy soccer game.

Walter Conrad of Yarmouth (6-1-1) opened the scoring with 15:18 left in the first half. Cole Caswell tied it three minutes later.

Andrew Kelly made seven saves for the Capers (4-3-1). Alex Lyon stopped four shots for Yarmouth.

WAYNFLETE 2, POLAND 0: Harry Baker-Connick scored from Clancy Mitchell after four minutes and added a second goal later in the first half to lift the Flyers (5-1-1) over the Knights (3-4-1) in Portland.

Baker-Connick’s second goal came with 11 minutes left in the half off a rebound of a Mitchell shot that hit the post.

PORTLAND 3, MARSHWOOD 1: Matthew Alvarez and Haron Habibzai scored as the Bulldogs (4-3-1) defeated the Hawks (4-5) in South Berwick.

Portland also was credited with an own goal.

NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 5, SACOPEE VALLEY 1: D.J. Nicholas had three goals and an assist, and Bobby Murray collected two assists as the Panthers (5-2-1) downed the Hawks (2-3-2) in Yarmouth.

Jacob Sturgess and Jeremy Thelven also scored for NYA.

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 3, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 2: Bryce Hayman scored off a rebound to give the Patriots (3-2-2) a 3-1 lead against the Raiders (2-4-2) at Fryeburg.

Tyler St. Pierre added a pair of goals for the Patriots, one from Hayman and the other from Eric Wilcox. Paulo Marin and Nacho Calleja scored for Fryeburg.

GORHAM 5, SANFORD 0: Cody Elliott scored twice and Trenton Bassingthwaite made five saves for the Rams (7-0) against the Spartans (2-6) in Gorham.

Jackson Taylor, Tyler Richman and Thomas Brent also scored.

DEERING 1, WESTBROOK 0: Christian Castaneda scored from Hany Ramadan with less than three minutes left to lift the Rams (8-0-1) over the Blue Blazes (4-3-2) in Portland.

SOUTH PORTLAND 6, BIDDEFORD 0: Ahmed Suja scored three goals as the Red Riots (4-3-1) rolled past the Tigers (1-7) at South Portland.

Max Carr, Bryan Currie and Khalid Suja also scored. Tristan Huot had eight saves for Biddeford.

WINDHAM 2, BONNY EAGLE 1: Brendan Arsenault scored with 1:46 left in the second overtime as the Eagles (1-7) edged the Scots (3-4-2) in Windham.

Windham opened the scoring with 18:30 left in the half on a goal by Jacob Frost from Arsenault. Zack Moody tied it when he bent a direct kick around the wall from 25 yards with 22:09 left in regulation.

KENNEBUNK 2, YORK 1: Spencer Thibodeau and Collin Campbell scored, and Tyler Dickinson made three saves as the Rams (5-3) topped the Wildcats (2-5-1) at York.

Andrew Radomski assisted on Thibodeau’s goal and Simon Butterfield set up Campbell’s.

SCARBOROUGH 3, MASSABESIC 0: Jake Kacer scored twice and Matt Caron once to lead the Red Storm (7-0) past the Mustangs (0-8) at Waterboro.

BRUNSWICK 4, CONY 1: Lena Martin, Kassidy Scarponi, Kira Wolpow and Maeve Arthur scored for the Dragons (4-3-1) against the Rams (0-7-1) at Brunswick.

FALMOUTH 3, GREELY 2: Georgia Babikian headed in a cross from Tyler Spence with 2:05 left in the second overtime as Falmouth (5-2-1) downed the visiting Rangers (7-1).

Lucy Mahoney and Emma England also scored, and Spence finished with two assists for the Yachtsmen. Babikian also had an assist. Jocelyn Mitiguy and Ellie Schad scored for Greely.

FREEPORT 1, LAKE REGION 1: Sierra Hancock of Lake Region (3-4-1) and Julia Smith of the Falcons (1-6-1) scored first-half goals in Freeport.

Isabel Scribner finished with 10 saves for the Lakers. Izzy Qualls stopped four shots for Freeport.

MT. ABRAM 3, WISCASSET 1: Lindsay Huff had two goals and an assist to lead the Roadrunners (4-4-1) past the Wolverines (3-6) at Salem.

YORK 2, KENNEBUNK 0: Payton Humphrey scored the second goal on an indirect kick as the Wildcats (5-2-1) defeated the Rams (5-2-1) at Kennebunk.

After a scoreless first half, Elaine Cavalieri scored from Shannon Todd.

CHEVERUS 2, MASSABESIC 2: Sophie Lafrance had an unassisted goal that gave the Mustangs (2-4-2) a tie with Cheverus (5-2-2) in Portland.

After Becca Archer started the scoring for Cheverus from Colleen Slattery, Emma Rutledge tied it from Lafrance before the half. Emily Michaud scored unassisted for Cheverus early in the second half before Lafrance tied it again.

NOBLE 3, MCAULEY 0: Kayla Lessard, Josie Hubbard and Mallory Feenstra scored as the Knights (2-7) shut the Lions (0-8) at Portland.

Katie Taylor and Haili Bowden had assists. Sam Witkowski made 12 saves for McAuley.

BIDDEFORD 1, SANFORD 0: Taylor Turgeon scored from Charlotte White in the 22nd minute and the Tigers (5-3) beat the Spartans (6-3) at Biddeford.
