Windham woman remembered for compassion, artistry and commitment to family
Deborah Livengood's loved ones say her most fundamental trait was the deep and abiding love she held for the world around her. On Sunday, a truck hit Livengood while she was walking down Swett Road in Windham. She died from her injuries on Tuesday.
