PetScripts was founded in Yarmouth in 2000. Since then, it has focused exclusively on creating customized prescriptions for animals. The company creates medication to veterinarians’ specifications that are customized for dosage, form and flavor for their pet patients. For instance, if a cat refuses to take medicine in pill form, Petscripts can create the medicine in a liquid or transdermal application. The pharmacy has more than 2,000 formulations and a wide variety of pet-friendly flavors.
