BIDDEFORD — Brook Davis finished with 12 points, six rebounds and four assists Tuesday night to lead Biddeford to a 42-36 victory against Scarborough in an SMAA schoolgirl basketball game.

The Tigers (2-5) built an 11-point lead in the fourth quarter before holding off a late charge by the Red Storm (4-3).

Kenda Cote and Charlotte White added nine points apiece, and Cote also pulled down 11 rebounds for Biddeford.

Ashley Briggs scored a game-high 13 points for Scarborough.

MARANACOOK 54, OCEANSIDE 33: Sarah Clough had a game-high 20 points for the Black Bears (7-1) against the Mariners (5-2) at Rockland.

Christine Miller chipped in 14 points, seven rebounds and four assists, and Catherine Sanborn added 11 points and five assists for Maranacook.

Emily Gould had 11 points and Makenna Brooks finished with nine for Oceanside.

MCAULEY 52, WINDHAM 15: Jessica Willerson scored 17 points to lead the Lions (6-1) against the Eagles (2-5) at Windham.

After building a 13-8 first-quarter lead, McAuley outscored Windham 14-0 in the second.

MONMOUTH ACADEMY 45, MT. ABRAM 23: Maddie Amero led the Mustangs (5-2) with 18 points against the Roadrunners (0-6 at Monmouth.

Sidney Wilson added eight points, five steals and five assists for Monmouth, which led 15-11 at halftime.

WESTBROOK 46, MASSABESIC 24: Alisha Aube scored 18 points, including four 3-pointers, and dished out six assists to lead the Blue Blazes (4-3) past the Mustangs (0-7) at Westbrook.

Danasia Fennie had 12 points and six blocks for Westbrook.

Emma Desrochers led Massabesic with 10 points.

PORTLAND 66, CHEVERUS 60: Sydney Fredrick scored 16 points, Gabrielle Wagabaza added 15 and Katherine Johnson finished with 14 to lead the visiting Bulldogs (4-3) past the Stags (3-4) at Portland.

Elizabeth Donato chipped in 12 points for the Bulldogs, who led by as many as 17 points in the fourth quarter before Cheverus pulled within six.

Laura Holman and Emme Poulin scored 13 points apiece for Cheverus.

LINCOLN ACADEMY 58, LEAVITT 41: Gabrielle Wajer had 18 points, nine assists and six blocks as the Eagles (6-2) soared past the Hornets (2-5) at Newcastle.

Taylor Oliver scored 10 points, and Avae Traina added six points and seven boards for Lincoln.

Sophia Gilbert led Leavitt with 15 points.

BANGOR 50, MT. BLUE 39: Mary Butler hit four 3-pointers and finished with 15 points as the Rams (6-0) cruised past the Cougars (3-2) at Bangor.

EDWARD LITTLE 55, BRUNSWICK 46: Tianna Harriman scored 18 points, Emily Jacques had 13 and the Red Eddies (6-2) made 9 of 10 free throws in the fourth quarter against the Dragons (3-4) at Brunswick.

Julia Champagne had 24 points with five steals and Madeline Suhr scored 10 points with nine rebounds for Brunswick.

GARDINER 47, MEDOMAK VALLEY 43: Lauren Chadwick scored 20 points as the Tigers (4-4) held off the Panthers (5-3) at Gardiner.

Hannah Marks had 25 points, including six 3-pointers, for the Panthers. Hannah Heald added eight points.

THORNTON ACADEMY 72, MARSHWOOD 36: Victoria Lux and Abigail Strickland scored 12 points apiece, and Hayden Campbell added 11 to lead a balanced offense for the Trojans (7-0) against the Hawks (4-3) at Saco.

Lux went 6 of 6 from the floor, and Kaitlyn McCrum chipped in six points, seven assists and five rebounds for the Trojans, who opened with a 15-7 first-quarter run and extended the lead to 36-16 at halftime.

Joelle Casey and Emily Robida scored seven points apiece for Marshwood.

RICHMOND 33, SEACOAST CHRISTIAN 17: Sydney Tilton scored 14 points to lead the Bobcats (5-1) over the Guardians (2-5) at South Berwick.

Julie Plummer had seven points for Richmond, which outscored Seacoast 15-1 in the fourth quarter after leading just 18-16 through three.

Kylene DeSmith had nine points for the Guardians.
