FALMOUTH — Jessica Burton scored 20 points and Ally Hickey added 18 as the Falmouth girls’ basketball team overcame a 13-point halftime deficit to beat York 65-55 on Tuesday night.

Falmouth (5-2) was 14 of 20 from the free-throw line in the second half.

Dayna Vasconcelos added 12 points for Falmouth, while Mia Briggs (15), Shannon Todd (13) and Chloe Smedley (12) led York (6-2).

DEERING 52, WINDHAM 39: Mary Tadsse scored 15 points, Amanda Brett had 14 points and 13 rebounds, and the Rams (7-2) defeated the Eagles (2-7) in Portland.

Cierra Burnham added 11 points for Deering. She and Brett combined for 11 points, mostly on putbacks, in the second quarter, when the Rams used an 18-7 run to open a 33-19 advantage.

Sadie Nelson scored 21 points for Windham.

BRUNSWICK 68, CONY 34: Julia Champagne had 26 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists and seven steals as the Dragons (4-4) beat the Rams (1-9) at Brunswick.

Madeline Suhr added 16 points, four assists, four steals and five blocked shots.

Brunswick took control early, leading 41-12 by halftime.

WESTBROOK 57, PORTLAND 40: Alisha Aube scored 26 points and pulled down 12 rebounds, and Danasia Fennie added 17 points for the Blue Blazes (6-3) as they pulled away from the Bulldogs (5-4) in the fourth quarter at Westbrook.

The Blue Blazes led by seven points after three quarters and outscored Portland 19-9 in the fourth quarter, going on a run over the final five minutes that was keyed by a pair of 3-pointers by Aube.

Merritt Ryan led the Bulldogs with 12 points and Gabby Wagabaza scored 10.

LAKE REGION 51, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 48: Sarah Hancock scored 20 points as the Lakers (4-3) held off the Raiders (3-5) at Naples.

Hancock was 13 of 14 from the foul line, including 9 of 10 in the fourth quarter. Sierra Hancock and Kristen Huntress each added 10 for the Lakers.

Julia Quinn had 16 points for Fryeburg.

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 77, TRAIP ACADEMY 23: Grace Kariotis scored 17 points for the Patriots (8-0) as they cruised to a win over the Rangers (2-4) at Gray.

Zoe Adams added 13 points, Alicia Dumont scored 12 and Skye Conley chipped in 11 for the Patriots.

Cassidy Delano and Jessica MacNeill scored eight points apiece for Traip.

OLD ORCHARD BEACH 40, RICHMOND 16: Vanessa Hebert scored 12 points and Abby Dubois added 11 as the Seagulls (5-0) beat the Bobcats (5-2) at Old Orchard Beach.

HYDE 50, SEACOAST CHRISTIAN 32: Lilli Allen scored 23 points to lead Hyde (3-0) in a win over Seacoast Christian (2-6) at South Berwick.

Diamond Brown added 17 points for Hyde.

BONNY EAGLE 53, BIDDEFORD 22: Cassidy Emery scored 13 points for the Scots (4-5) in a rout of the Tigers (2-7) at Standish.

LINCOLN ACADEMY 51, ERSKINE ACADEMY 33: Dorothy Hodous scored 12 points as Lincoln Academy (8-2) beat Erskine Academy (1-9) at South China.

Danielle Pinkham scored 10 points, while Samantha Burke pulled down 11 rebounds and Bri Wajer helped out with six assists and six steals.

MASSABESIC 52, NOBLE 22: Karlie Pike scored 16 points for the Mustangs (1-8) in a win over the Knights (0-9) at Waterboro.

Emma Desrochers added 11 points for the Mustangs.

SOUTH PORTLAND 60, SCARBOROUGH 52: Madeline Hasson scored 15 points, Meaghan Doyle 14 and Meghan Graff 13 to lead the Red Riots (6-2) past the Red Storm (4-5) at South Portland.

Sophie Glidden had 12 points to lead Scarborough, while Ashley Briggs chipped in with 11.

YARMOUTH 36, WAYNFLETE 32: Cory Langenbach scored 14 points as the Clippers (2-5) edged the Flyers (5-2) at Yarmouth.

Lagenbach had four 3-point baskets, including two in the final minute of the game.

OCEANSIDE 42, MORSE 36: Emily Gould scored 13 points and Ashley Gardner added nine for the Mariners (7-2), who closed out the game with a 13-6 run to rally past the Shipbuilders (4-6) at Rockland.

Emma Harrington had 12 points and 10 rebounds, and Signe Ostergaard added 11 points for Morse.

CAPE ELIZABETH 54, WELLS 37: Hannah Sawyer scored 10 of her 20 points during a 22-4 run in the first quarter to lead the Capers (5-2) over the Warriors (1-6) at Cape Elizabeth.

Montana Braxton had eight of her 12 in the first.

Madeleine Bowe had 12 rebounds for the Capers.

YARMOUTH/FREEPORT/GNG 1, BIDDEFORD 1: Katherine Clemmer scored for Yarmouth (5-5-1) in the first period, Brea Rivard answered for the Tigers (3-5-1) in the second, and the teams skated to a draw at Biddeford Ice Arena.

Rebekah Guay made 20 saves for Biddeford. Hannah Williams stopped 12 shots for Yarmouth/Freeport/Gray-New Gloucester.
