ELIZABETH LOBOZZO grows basil at Olivia’s Garden, a 19,000-square-foot year-round hydroponic greenhouse that grows produce for area stores, markets and restaurants. The company, which was founded in 1997, is based at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester. Lobozzo has been with Olivia’s Garden for six years and says she likes working in a warm climate year-round. In addition to basil, the greenhouse grows tomatoes, greens, pea shoots, lettuce and cucumbers.
