Old Orchard Beach police are asking residents of the Ocean Park area to stay alert and report any suspicious activity, after a report Wednesday of a home burglary on Massachusetts Avenue.

Police Chief Dana Kelley issued a description of a possible suspect vehicle on Thursday. The vehicle is described a silver or gray Chevrolet Trail Blazer with a possible breast cancer “Pink” license plate.

“Although there is no cause for alarm, we are asking residents throughout our community, more specifically Ocean Park, to be alert and report anything suspicious or unusual by calling 911,” Kelley said in a news release. “Keep in mind that activity which may seem normal (service van or sales vehicle) may be considered suspicious in nature.”

Ocean Park is a summer, oceanfront community between Old Orchard Beach and Saco.
