A woman charged with setting a truck on fire in Bath last year was arrested this week on a charge of violating the conditions of her bail.

Lisa Green, 49, was charged with setting the fire in January 2014. She has been free on bail since that time, according to Stephen McCausland, a spokesman for Maine Department of Public Safety.

McCausland said a condition of Green’s bail was that she avoid contact with the owner of the truck, but investigators said the two were seen together in Brunswick this week.

The State Fire Marshal’s Office filed the charge this week and Green was arrested in Brunswick and taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland on Wednesday.

McCausland said Green was due for a court hearing Friday, but there was no information immediately available on the outcome of that hearing.
