The annual Old Orchard Beach Alumni Basketball Classic will be held at 6 p.m. Friday at the high school gym. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students and senior citizens. Proceeds from the game will benefit the high school basketball programs and the Alumni Scholarship Fund. The Family Ice Center in Falmouth will host SkateFest on Sunday. This event is free and open to the public. It will provide the opportunity for skaters of all ages to participate in group lessons based on their experience levels with local coaches and members of the Stars on Ice cast, including U.S. champions Ryan Bradley and Kimmie Meissner.
