A South Portland man was arrested Friday for allegedly sending and receiving child pornography.
Wayne Niski, 28, of 15 Bulkeley Road, has been charged with possession and dissemination of sexually explicit material of someone under the age of 16. According to Maine State Police and South Portland police, the children depicted in the child porn were between 3 and 9 years old.
Police said there is no indication that Maine children were depicted in the pornography.
