KENNEBUNK – Ben Lary hit a two-run homer and an RBI single, and Eric Aiken added an RBI double and an RBI single to lead host Kennebunk to a 6-5 win over Cape Elizabeth in a Western Maine Conference baseball game Saturday.
After falling behind 3-0 in the first inning, the Capers (0-1) rallied with four runs in the top of the second. Kennebunk (2-0) responded with two runs in the bottom half, then scored the eventual winning run in the third inning.
• Richmond (3-0) scored eight runs in the second inning and took advantage of seven errors to beat North Yarmouth Academy (0-2) 14-4 in a five-inning game at Richmond.
