CAPE ELIZABETH — Dan Bock pitched a three-hitter and Sam Johnson scored on a throwing error Friday as York downed Cape Elizabeth 1-0 in a Western Maine Conference baseball game.

York (3-1) had runners on first and second in the second inning when a throwing error on a potential double play allowed Johnson to score.

The Capers (2-2) loaded the bases in the bottom of the second before Bock fielded a comebacker and threw home to start a double play.

Nate Ingalls had all three hits for the Capers, including a double.

KENNEBUNK 5, LAKE REGION 4: Ben Lary scored as Dave Parker’s grounder in the seventh inning was thrown away, giving the Rams (3-2) a walk-off victory against Lake Region (0-4) in Kennebunk.

Lary drew a one-out walk before stealing second and advancing to third on a groundout.

Jordan Williams had a two-run triple for Lake Region.

MORSE 6, MEDOMAK VALLEY 1: The Shipbuilders (2-2) scored three runs in the sixth inning on an RBI double by Trevor Drouin and a two-run single from Josh McDougal, and cruised past the Panthers (2-3) at Waldoboro.

TRAIP ACADEMY 6, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 2: Alex Foye pitched into the sixth inning, striking out eight and helping the Rangers (3-1) beat the Panthers (0-4) at Yarmouth.

Foye was relieved by Trevor Salema with two outs in the sixth, when the Panthers scored two unearned runs.

DEERING 5, WESTBROOK 4: Pat Viola hit an RBI single in the seventh inning, following consecutive singles by Dominick Bernard and James Sinclair to lift the Rams (3-1) to a walk-off win over the Blue Blazes (0-4) at Portland.

Westbrook took a 3-0 lead in the first on an two-run single by Corey Walker and an RBI double by Bailey Sawyer, who finished with two hits.

WELLS 4, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 3: Nick Cousins lined a two-out single up the middle that scored Liam Bell, who had walked and stole second base, in the bottom of the eighth inning to lift the Warriors (3-1) over the Patriots (3-1) at Wells.

The Patriots took a 3-2 lead in the top of the seventh when Tyler St. Pierre stole home. Wells tied it when Cousins hit a leadoff double and later scored on an error.

The Warriors scored twice in the sixth, tying the game on a single by Michael Wrigley.

OCEANSIDE 15, BELFAST 0: Nick Mazurek struck out eight in his second three-hit, no-walk game of the season, and drove in three runs as Oceanside (2-2) beat the Lions (3-2) in five innings at Belfast.

MARSHWOOD 5, SCARBOROUGH 0: The Hawks (2-1) scored five runs in the first inning and beat the Red Storm (2-2) at Scarborough.

Jake Lebell had a two-run double and Cole McDaniel added an RBI single.

McDaniel finished 2 for 3 with an RBI and a run.

OLD ORCHARD BEACH 14, WAYNFLETE 4: The Seagulls (1-3) scored 11 runs in the seventh inning to rally past the Flyers (0-3) at Portland.

Evan O’Donnell hit a solo homer to tie the game.

WAYNFLETE 13, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 4: Harry Baker-Connick had four goals and two assists, and Will Nelligan added three goals and four assists to lead the Flyers (2-1) over Fryeburg Academy (0-3) at Portland.

Cooper Chap added two goals and an assist, Joe Connors two goals and Ford Malter a goal and three assists for Waynflete. Joe Schrader scored twice and Malik Mobley had 15 saves for the Raiders.

GORHAM 14, CHEVERUS 9: Cameron Wright had five goals and three assists, and Abraham Eaton added three goals and two assists for the Rams (3-0) against the Stags (1-2) at Portland.

Michael Susi added two goals and four assists, and Tristan Brunet had two goals and one assist for the Rams.

YARMOUTH 11, GREELY 6: Joe Oliva scored five goals to pace the Clippers (2-1) over the Rangers (2-1) at Yarmouth.

Bill Jacobs and Timmy Pietropaoli added two goals apiece for Yarmouth. Mitch Mullin led the Rangers with four goals and one assist.

SOUTH PORTLAND 23, MARSHWOOD 1: Andrew Whipple and Jack Fiorini combined for 10 goals and eight assists as the Red Riots (3-0) handled the Hawks (0-3) at South Berwick.

Chris Mitchell had three goals and a pair of assists for South Portland.

FALMOUTH 7, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 3: Jack Scribner and Henry Norris scored two goals apiece, and Scribner also had an assist for the Yachtsmen (3-1) against the Panthers (1-2) at Falmouth.

Trevor Lachance scored twice for NYA.

THORNTON ACADEMY 11, DEERING 2: Jon Camire had four goals as the Golden Trojans (2-1) handled the Rams (1-2) at Portland.

Nate Richards and Brent Rickett scored for Deering.

WINDHAM 19, BIDDEFORD 6: The Eagles (3-0) took an 11-2 lead and cruised out past the Tigers (1-3) at Biddeford.

Zach Hough and Ross Batcheldor each had five goals for Windham.

THURSDAY’S GAME

MARSHWOOD 14, WINDHAM 0: Zack Quintal struck six in a perfect game, and also had three hits and four RBI as the Hawks (1-1) downed the Eagles (0-2) in five innings at Windham.
