YORK — Miranda Moore pitched a three-hit shutout Wednesday as Greely sent York to its first Western Maine Conference softball loss of the season, coming away with a 5-0 victory.

Moore struck out three and walked two.

Greely (11-3) managed just three hits off Stephanie Rundlett, but all of them brought in runs against the Wildcats (13-1).

With the bases loaded in the fourth inning, Miranda Eisenhart delivered a bases-clearing single. Moore then followed with an RBI single. Kayley Cimino tacked on the final run with a base hit in the fifth.

Rundlett struck out 13 and walked seven.

YARMOUTH 3, FREEPORT 0: Mari Cooper threw a four-hitter as the Clippers (11-3) shut out the Falcons (1-13) at Yarmouth.

Kallie Hutchinson had an RBI single in the third inning to knock in Sydney St. Pierre, and added a two-run homer in the fifth, scoring Sophia McGrath.

Cooper struck out seven with no walks.

Bailey Karnes took the loss, allowing three runs on five hits, walking one and striking out six.

BIDDEFORD 19, BONNY EAGLE 1: Brook Davis had three doubles and two RBI to help Biddeford (13-1) defeat Bonny Eagle (3-11) in five innings at Standish.

Jocelyn Moody and Brittany Roy were both 3 for 3 with three runs. Abbie Paquette went 3 for 4 with a homer and two RBI.

NOBLE 21, CHEVERUS 9: Tyler Chastney was 5 for 5, including a pair of doubles, with six RBI for the Knights (8-6), who totaled 23 hits against the Stags (1-13) in five innings at North Berwick.

Kathryn Taylor went 4 for 5 with two RBI and scored three runs for Noble, which had seven players record multihit games.

Sophia Giancotti was 4 for 4 for Cheverus, and Isabella Santoro and Olivia Mull each added a pair of hits.

FALMOUTH 4, CAPE ELIZABETH 2: Julia Treadwell was 3 for 4 as the Yachtsmen (8-6) edged past the Capers (7-7) at Cape Elizabeth.

Jessica Collins had an RBI single in the third inning and Treadwell added an RBI single in the fourth.

Treadwell allowed two runs on 10 hits, walking one and striking out five.

MCAULEY 9, MASSABESIC 4: The Lions (6-9) scored four runs in the first inning, including two on a squeeze bunt by Ally Tillotson, and defeated the Mustangs (4-10) at Portland.

McAuley added four in the fourth, including an RBI double by Tillotson and a two-run single by Ashley Littlefield.

Alyssa Wardwell had a pair of singles for Massabesic.

SACOPEE VALLEY 13, OLD ORCHARD BEACH 1: Gabby Winslow scored three runs and Miranda Schaubhut had two hits as the Hawks (4-10) downed the Seagulls (0-12) in six innings at South Hiram.

OCEANSIDE 7, MORSE 2: Alexis Mazurek lined a two-run homer and Brianna Dugan added a two-run double as the Mariners (11-3) used a five-run fifth inning to pull away from the Shipbuilders (7-7) at Rockland.

Lauren Miller had a pair of singles for Oceanside.

Hope Faulkingham had a double and a single for Morse.

Paige Tyler of the Mariners allowed two runs on three hits, striking out 11 and walking four.

FRYEBURG ACADEMY 3, POLAND 2: Kristen Chipman’s base hit brought home Julia Quinn with the winning run in the seventh inning as the Raiders (10-6) defeated Poland (11-4) at Fryeburg.

Nicole Bennett of Fryeburg gave up five hits and struck out two.

PORTLAND 7, GORHAM 5: Isabelle DiMillo gave up four hits to help Portland (4-10) get by the Rams (7-8) at Gorham.

DiMillo struck out three and walked two.

The Bulldogs took the lead for good in the second inning when they scored four runs with two outs. Morgan Boyle capped the rally with a two-run double.

THORNTON ACADEMY 21, WINDHAM 4: The Golden Trojans (12-2) scored seven runs in the first inning and defeated the Eagles (9-5) in five innings at Saco.

Six players had multiple-hit games for Thornton.

Christina Mooradian and Olivia Mora hit solo home runs for Windham.

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 11, LAKE REGION 5: Maria Valente and Skye Conley doubled in a six-run 10th inning as Gray-New Gloucester (10-5) outlasted Lake Region (6-9) at Naples.

Kaylyn Lorrain led the Lakers, going 5 for 6.

MESSALONSKEE 5, MT. ARARAT 0: Kristy Prelgovisk had a double and two singles to lead Messalonskee (12-2) past Mt. Ararat (6-8) at Oakland.

Kirsten Pelletier struck out 11 and walked one to earn the victory. She allowed three hits. Hannah Duperry had a double for Messalonskee.

CAMDEN HILLS 2, ERSKINE ACADEMY 0: The Windjammers (5-9) scored a run in the first inning and another in the fourth to defeat the Eagles (8-6) at Rockport.

Samantha Leighton gave up three hits for the win.
