HINSDALE, N.H. — A woman is in critical condition after police said she fell from a moving car in New Hampshire after an argument with her husband, who was driving.
Hinsdale police say 34-year-old Tiffany Vigneau fell out of the car Friday and suffered serious head injuries. She has been put in a medically induced coma.
Police said her husband, 31-year-old Timothy Vigneau, was operating the car erratically. He was arrested on charges of felony DUI, reckless conduct and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. A judge ordered him to have no contact with his wife.
Timothy Vigneau was arraigned Tuesday and jailed on $50,000 bail. He case was assigned to the public defender’s office and scheduled for a June 3 hearing. A message was left at the office seeking comment.
