Donald Dion, a 1972 graduate of Saint Dominic Academy, will match donations to the school’s scholarship fund up to $75,000 as part of a challenge to raise $150,000 to help with tuition for families with financial hardships. The challenge continues until Aug. 4. Dion earned a degree in economics and business administration from St. Michael’s College in Vermont. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maine Law School and a master’s of law degree from Boston University Law School. He is the founder of Dion Money Management and trustee of the Dion Family Foundation, which offers tuition assistance at Catholic institutions.
