I would like to write about a topic that is troubling to all of us – driver training instructors listen up!

Tailgating – and I don’t mean tailgate parties – has gotten completely out of hand.

Some drivers drive so close to the rear of my truck that they can’t see my brake lights or my blinkers. These people are totally ignorant of the rules of the road.

Some potential driver training applicants should be required to take an IQ test. Their safety or my safety doesn’t even enter their heads.

This practice is causing a lot of the road rage we see. We need a stricter law against this. I would like to see more unmarked police cars on the road to stop these idiots.
