I am so frustrated with blame. Who cares whose fault it is that people are hungry, homeless, desperate? It is my fault if I don’t do anything.
I am a retired teacher and a widow. I live simply and comfortably. I rent a small apartment and have enough money to pay for my funeral and just enough to cover small emergencies.
This is not bragging. I’ve chosen my lifestyle and have all I need.
I can’t do big things, but I can “do small things with great love.”
