Freeport police have released photos of the suspect in a bank robbery Monday at the Norway Savings Bank branch on Mallett Drive.
Police say the armed man entered the bank, located in the heart of the shopping district, a little after 3 p.m. and demanded cash from a teller.

Freeport police released this image taken from a security camera of the man who robbed the Norway Savings Bank branch in Freeport on Monday.
The man displayed a handgun, but no shots were fired.
Police ask that anyone who saw a man resembling the robber in the area of Mallett Drive and Main Street on Monday to call Detective Gino Bianchini at (207) 865-4800.
