A three-car pileup on the Maine Turnpike in Portland caused significant traffic delays, according to the Maine State Police.
The crash, in the northbound lanes near the Westbrook Street overpass, between Exit 46 and Exit 47, was reported around 5 p.m. Thursday, during the height of the evening commute.
A state police dispatcher said the crash involved property damage only, with no injuries reported. State police said that unrelated crashes were reported along the turnpike during the evening commute.
