Diversified Communications has purchased the United Kingdom’s only national trade show for accountants and finance directors.
The Portland-based company said it bought Accountex, a national exhibition that was launched in 2012. The trade attracts about 5,000 visitors who can meet with industry suppliers and attend seminars and workshops.
The next show is scheduled for May 2016.
Terms were not immediately disclosed.
Diversified is a media company that produces television shows and trade shows, with divisions in the U.S., Australia, Canada, Asia and the United Kingdom.
