Westbrook police are seeking information about a man who walked into two banks in the city in the past week wearing a surgical mask and a hooded sweatshirt.
On Thursday, he entered TD Bank on Main Street around 11:10 a.m. wearing a gray hoodie and white surgical mask, according to police.
When staff asked him to remove the mask, he said he was sick and left.
A man wearing the same sweatshirt and mask walked into Ocean Communities Credit Union off Route 25 around 11:40 a.m. Monday, then immediately left, police said.
The man is about 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build and brown hair. He was also wearing a Samuel Adams baseball hat and appears to be missing his front teeth.
Westbrook police are asking anyone with information about him to call the police department at 584-2531.
