Lydia Brenneman, Cape Elizabeth senior, libero: Finished with 302 digs and 34 aces as she helped the Capers to their first Class A state title last year.

Heather Clark, Yarmouth senior, middle hitter: Had 123 kills and 67 blocks on a team that won its second consecutive Class B state championship.

Kayley Cimino, Greely junior, setter: Helped lead Greely to the Class A semifinals with 53 aces and 112 kills in 16 matches.

Lydia Farmer, Falmouth senior, outside hitter: A strong hitter, she has developed into a player who can play all the way around the court.

Caroline Goodwin, Scarborough junior, setter: An experienced setter who will shoulder most of the setting responsibilities for the Red Storm. Goodwin has played on the varsity since she was a freshman.

Tess Haller, Cape Elizabeth senior, middle hitter: A standout for the defending Class A state champions who had 106 kills, 33 aces, 29 blocks and 49 digs. When the Capers needed a big point in the title game, Haller usually had her hands on the ball.

Emily Hanson, Scarborough senior, libero: A captain and one of Scarborough’s few returning players who will help the team’s chances of getting back to the state final, where they last played in 2013.

Jocelyn Moody, Biddeford senior, outside hitter: Finished with 181 kills and 66 aces last year as she helped lead her sixth-ranked team to the state quarterfinals against defending champion Falmouth.

Makenzie Sheehan, Yarmouth senior, middle hitter: Helped lead Yarmouth to its second straight Class B state championship. The first server in the rotation, Sheehan led the Clippers with 89 aces. She added 32 blocks and 75 kills in 16 matches.

Alex Tebbs, Greely senior, outside hitter: Helped lead top-ranked Greely to the Class A semifinals and a 13-3 record with 123 kills and 41 aces.
