I recently canceled my annual vacation/shopping trip to the coast of Maine. For the past 15 years, I have visited Maine to enjoy the beauty of the state and to do Christmas shopping in Freeport. I especially enjoy the city dock in Freeport for the wonderful lobster.
I would estimate that I spent $3,000 to $4,000 on the shopping, food, lodging, etc. After reading the news accounts of the duly elected governor of Maine, I have decided there are better places to spend my money, especially with L.L. Bean’s wonderful website being available.
