KENNEBUNK — Izzy Bretz scored her second goal of the game with 2:39 left and York completed an unbeaten regular season with a 2-1 victory over Kennebunk in a Western Maine Conference field hockey game Saturday.

Bretz also scored early in the first half for York (14-0), the reigning Class B state champion. Alie Jones assisted on both goals.

Britney Gregoire got the equalizer for Kennebunk (9-3-1) off an assist from Katherine Koch in the opening minutes of the second half.

SANFORD 5, SOUTH PORTLAND 0: Marissa Nance collected a pair of goals in the first half and Liz Helmreich scored three goals in the second half as the Spartans (10-2-1) rolled past the Red Riots (3-10) at South Portland.

NYA 1, GREELY 0: Savannah Shaw scored midway through the second half to lift the Panthers (9-4) to a win over the Rangers (4-9) at Cumberland.

POLAND 2, SACOPEE VALLEY 0: Sadie Archer set up Desiree Menard for the first goal of the game five minutes into the second half, and the Knights (4-10) made it stand as they upended the Hawks (8-5) at South Hiram.

Carly King added an unassisted goal.

MASSABESIC 8, WINDHAM 3: Sophia Lafrance and Logan Champlin scored two goals apiece for the Mustangs (10-3) in a win over the Eagles (2-11) at Windham.

GIRLS’ SOCCER

MARSHWOOD 5, BIDDEFORD 1: Natalie DuBois scored twice as the Hawks (9-1) got four second-half goals to pull away from the Tigers (2-8) at Biddeford.

Marshwood led 1-0 at halftime on a goal by Marin Smith. Natalie Herbold and Zoe Janetos each added a goal for the Hawks.

GORHAM 7, PORTLAND 0: Courtney Cushing led the Rams (9-2) with three goals, and Brittany Desjardins and Cady Houghton each added a goal and an assist in a win over the Bulldogs (6-5) at Gorham.

CHEVERUS 1, SOUTH PORTLAND 0: Michaela Jordan scored with 8:46 left in the first half, and the Stags (4-5-2) held on to edge the Red Riots (4-7) at South Portland.

Hannah Tyson made eight saves to record the shutout.

BUCKFIELD 1, GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 0: Tabea Vatthauer scored with 15 minutes remaining to lift the Bucks (9-3) over the Lions (2-10) at South Portland.

Clairette Krizi finished with nine saves for the Lions.

SCARBOROUGH 4, NOBLE 0: Matthew Caron and Josh Morrissey scored late in the first half to give the Red Storm (9-0-2) a 2-0 lead in a victory over the Knights (0-10-1) at North Berwick.

Marc Guerrette and Brandon Wasser each added a goal in the second half.

MARSHWOOD 3, SOUTH PORTLAND 3: Marshwood’s Ryan Gould scored the tying goal with 3:30 left in regulation as the Hawks (6-3-3) and Red Riots (5-3-4) played to a draw at South Portland.

Eyob Bosse and Riley Dinsmore-Patch added a goal apiece for Marshwood.

Kervens Antoine and Liam Coyne each had a goal and an assist for South Portland. Alecks Kaurin also scored.

GREELY 5, CAPE ELIZABETH 0: Jacob Nason had three goals and an assist for the Rangers (6-3-2) in a win over the Capers (5-6) at Cumberland.

Lucas Watt and Kalle Ekholm added a goal apiece.

BUCKFIELD 2, GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 0: Jon Randolph scored 12 minutes into the game and added an insurance goal with two minutes remaining to lift the Bucks (12-1) over the Lions (8-4-1) at South Portland.
