“Beyond Nostra Aetate: Interreligious Dialogue in a Time of Conflict,” 7 p.m., featuring Bishop Arthur Kennedy, auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Boston, Rabbi David Sandmel, a founding rabbi of South Portland’s Congregation Bet Ha’am and Imam Yahya Hendi, Muslim chaplain at Georgetown University. The program is held in conjunction with the international effort that works to promote understanding between faiths and challenges religious extremism and hatred.
