Internationally acclaimed chef, restaurateur and award-winning author James Haller will serve up a blend of humor, nostalgia and wisdom during a talk detailing his culinary memoir, “Salt & Pepper Cooking: An Education of an American Chef.” This recently published book chronicles Haller’s experiences during a lifetime of cooking. The book will be available for purchase and signing.
