SEATTLE — Seattle Seahawks tight end Jimmy Graham left Sunday’s game against Pittsburgh with torn right patellar tendon and will have season-ending surgery.

Graham was hurt with 13:36 left in the fourth quarter after trying to grab a deep pass in the end zone from Russell Wilson.

Graham landed awkwardly as he attempted to reach behind him to catch the pass.

Jaguars: Wide receiver Allen Hurns suffered a concussion and was taken to a hospital for precautionary reasons after he left the field on a stretcher during a loss to San Diego.

Hurns was injured while diving to try for a catch. He had movement and feeling before he was transported to the hospital and was later released. The team will update his status on Monday.

STEELERS: Ben Roethlisberger left Pittsburgh’s 39-30 loss at Seattle late in the fourth quarter and is in the NFL’s concussion protocol.

BENGALS: Running back Jeremy Hill twisted his left ankle in the fourth quarter, and tight end Tyler Eifert had a pinched nerve.
