A crash on Interstate 295 northbound in Portland near the Fore River bridge that caused significant delays Monday afternoon has been reopened.

Maine State Police said the crash was reported shortly after 1 p.m. and by 2:30 p.m., the Maine Department of Transportation reported all lanes had been reopened to traffic.
